Dallas Pumpkin Patch

Hey y’all! Last weekend we visited the Dallas Pumpkin Patch and it never disappoints!

This sweet pumpkin patch holds so many special memories for me, and I absolutely love sharing it every year with my kiddos. It’s located on the grounds of St. James Episcopal Church on Audelia Road in Dallas. The very first pumpkin patch hosted was in 1997 during my Youth Group days. It was started as a fundraiser for the youth program and now, 23 years later, the pumpkin patch is able to fully fund the youth ministry.

The Church yard is full of the most beautiful assortment of pumpkins, gourds, and giggles. Not to mention, endless really cute photo ops! We make our annual trip and family affair to snap our kick off to fall photos and purchase a few pumpkins to support the youth group.

Fynn loved marching through the patch, picking up all of the pumpkins along the way. He truly marches to the beat of his very own toddler drum. It is an absolute wonder watching the world through his eyes. I wish I could bottle up all of these sweet moments, but thankful to make the precious memories.

Everett was such a good helper and helped pick out the pumpkins for our porch and helped Fynn carry around all of his pumpkin request! He even let us pose him for some pics- this almost never happens and he gave us the best smiles! Hooray!

What a wonderful tradition to kick off to this beautiful season! What are some of your favorite fall traditions?
